INTERACTIVE DESIGN:
I looked at http://www.leoburnett.com/ as my interactive site. The main thing that stood out was the metaphor of a pencil and the way the site zooms and spins when you click.
On screen a pencil takes the place of your mouse arrow, it draws lines where ever you navigate around the page. This is an unusual and interesting idea because it brings practical instruments into a virtual medium.
The other interesting thing is when you click on a button the whole screen zooms into the next page seemlessly without using separate windows. Small animations are set out on the page to click also. Its highly animated with icons constantly moving, changing size and spinning.
The whole site is based around the design firm's name, where the letters all split up and constantly change their point of perspectrive as you browse throughout the site.
